Manufacturing Technology

CAD Drawings

Our design concepts and creative elements are developed using CAD software, allowing for production precision down to the millimeter. CAD is also used to optimize material layout, which significantly reduces waste and lowers production costs.

3D Modeling & Simulation

We create 3D virtual models to visualize the structure and design integrity of each obstacle. These models help us evaluate both aesthetic appeal and functional safety. Collision simulations are used to detect and eliminate any potential safety risks for horses or riders.

3D Carving & Precision Fabrication

Once finalized, the data is fed into advanced 3D carving machines to cut and sculpt each obstacle to exact specifications. Automated robotic arms then apply 360-degree spray painting, ensuring a smooth, durable, and visually striking finish.
